Paul Loftus is the Commercial Director at Gobion Construction Ltd, responsible for the successful commercial delivery of all projects from tender to final account, in partnership with PJ Lynch.
With a comprehensive background in civil engineering and construction management, Paul oversees all commercial aspects of the business, including tender management, procurement, quality procedures, and technical support. His extensive project portfolio includes significant works on major infrastructure projects such as Crossrail's C512 Whitechapel and Strand East Infrastructure, demonstrating his ability to manage complex, high-value projects. Paul holds a Degree in Civil Engineering and numerous industry certifications, including MCIOB, SMSTS, and Temporary Works Coordinator, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and safety.
