Gobion Construction Ltd was awarded the Solent Container Yard Extension as Principle Contractor for the client DP World.

The Strand East Works are part of the overall redevelopment of Hunts Island in Stratford by Vastint.

The Museum of St Albans (MOSTA) project was the redevelopment of the museum and the surrounding site into high end housing on behalf of St Albans Town Council.

The Hitchin Cricket Club development was the renewing of the existing club house, construction of new all weather facilities, construction of new development entrance and car park along with updating of the sites surrounding infrastructure.

As part of the Metropolitan Line bridge maintenance scheme Gobion Construction were appointed by Loftus Group to demolish bridge MR2, a disused bridge spanning the North and South line near Baker St Station, and construct a reinforced collision impact wall at street level. 

The Northern Highways Depot was a new facility development for The Highways Agency for Sandy, Bedfordshire.

As part of the New Station works, Gobion Construction were appointed by Loftus Group to dismantle a number of wall structures to enable the construction of the new concourse and station entrance.
