- Deconstruction of external cladding adjacent to live rail line incl. temporary works – crash deck to protect rail assets.
- Deconstruction of existing structural steelwork and breaking out of foundations.
- Soft strip out of all furniture and furnishings.
- Removal of all existing mechanical and electrical services.
