Works Description
This is a mixed-use development for Guinness incl. distillery and bars.
The project involves
- Demolition and alteration works to existing buildings – removal of exiting roofs to allow for additional floors to be introduced, removal of parapets, floors and internal staircases, forming new openings through load bearing walls.
- Strip out of all existing mechanical and electrical services.
- Drainage and associated waterproofing works incl. design.
- Reinforced concrete slabs and upstands.
